Happy Thursday

Had a great workout this morning after a needed days' rest.

Treadmill
Warmed up with a 10 minute walk.

Then went 50 minutes at 11:06 pace.
At the 20 and 40 minute mark, increased pace to 8:30 for a 1/2 mile to get the heart pumping.

Cooled off with a 5 minute uphill walk to stretch calves.
5.5 Miles total.

Still feeling the effects of Sunday's 5 miler. Calves and achilles are tight and sore.

3 miles at 10:54 per mile. 0% incline.
Pretty worn out from yesterday's 5 mile run.  Just needed to work out some soreness.
5 minute warm up and cool down.

Sunday 03/24.

Met up with the Western Cook Running Club. It was the groups initial "Meet Up". There were only 3 of us total, but we look forward to the group growing. They took it easy on me through 4 miles running at a conversational 10:30 pace. We picked it up during the last mile and I struggled to move with the group. Kept them in sight and finished the 5 miles completely gassed. Great workout.
