Had a great workout this morning after a needed days' rest.
Treadmill
Warmed up with a 10 minute walk.
Then went 50 minutes at 11:06 pace.
At the 20 and 40 minute mark, increased pace to 8:30 for a 1/2 mile to get the heart pumping.
Cooled off with a 5 minute uphill walk to stretch calves.
5.5 Miles total.
