Monday

Ran a slow 2.5 miles this morning before work. Active recovery to prep for something of substance tomorrow before a nice day of planned rest on Wednesday.

    Wednesday - 3-4 easy pace.
    Thursday - 3-4 easy pace
    Friday - Rest
    Saturday 3 easy pace.
    Sunday - 13.1

    Weekly total - Around 25 miles. Great base going into May, because June starts the Real deal.
