Healing or is it Heeling

I feel much better today after some ice and Aleve, but still not ready for a run. Did a slight jog to catch the train and ankle/heel still very tight. Hopefully 1-2 more days and I'll be back at it.

In place of running, I went to Potbelly's for breakfast. Bagel with bacon, egg, sausage, and mayo was picture worthy. Tasted and smelled even better.
